Open Question: Serious College athlete been out for a year with groin pain, just want answers!?
My name is Taylor and im a college soccer player and i've been hurt with a groin problem since November 4th 2007. Recently ive been assigned by a doctor to go to physical therapy about a groin issue which no doctor can really find, ive been through 2 mri's, ct, and xray. But with all exams negative and me sitting out of soccer for over a year i've researched over and over on the internet and ive done some self evaluating and seemed to locate the pain in my left adductor with pain in left testicle and left lower adomenal/scrotum. The pain all started when i was running hills and overexerted myself and ended up vomiting. The next day i had significant pain and could hardly sleep at nights cause of the dull aching pain.No doctor or surgeon seems to really listen to me really about what i have to say which is understandable after the extensive years of school they've been through. Once the injury happened i went to my school clinic and they immediately labeled me as having a sports hernia and sent me to surgeon and such, surgeons would just do the cough method on me and say i just have a strained groin and give it time. I believed them and gave it time and after about 7 straight months of resting just a "strained abdomimen" and still feeling the same pain while coughing, and sudden movements actually probably even worse since my groin seemed to be tighter because i hadn't exercised, (besides the bike or olypitcal at low speed to stay in somewhat decent shape.)I decided to just start exercising running playing soccer every now and then, and i could feel my groin, the pain was there but once it got loose it felt okay but mid way through it'd start to get bad, especially after and was sensitive and sore for a couple days, but since the numberous doctors and surgeons turned my away i didn't have much to lose. I eventually stopped cause i couldn't take the aching pain, however it still has never went away even when im not exercising for an exenstive period of time.Anyhow i was assigned 4 weeks of therapy 3 days a week and i was told if my groin problem didn't get any better from physical therapy (which it hasn't, and im in my last week of therapy) then they are going to perform surgery where they are going to go in and just search for the problem and hope they find it and can fix it supposebly. Im a big sports fan so i've known about you from hearing about athletes needing sports hernia surgery. From what i noticed not many doctors believe in a sports hernia so they don't even really give it any chance. Anyhow i thought i would send you an email and see what you had to say about it, it's probably hard to make evaluations over the internet so i understand, sorry this is all crammed together and thank you for time, i just am interested in what you think about the situation. Coaches are frustrated with me, all i want to do is play soccer again.Thank you again. (more...)

Resolved Question: please can you fix my art supplement resume?
i know there is a lot of mistakes but i can't see them, please help to fix them, feel free to change any word you don't like, i will be very appreciated: The movie: the forgotten village (the first Saudi horror film). The Director: Abdullah Abu talib. The Writer: Tariq al-Dakhil The Producer: Majdi Al-Rais The distributor: Rotana Country : Saudi Arabia The language: Arabic and English Running time: 90 minutes. First appearance: October 2007 press conference in Cairo, And in 2008 gulf film festival in Dubai. The premiere will be in June 2009. The shooting started in a very mall old ghost town in the early of 2007, the movie was one of the most controversial issues in Saudi Arabia; because of the female actors, and the director received a lot of threatens demanding him to stop shooting the movie in Saudi Arabia, after 8 months the whole shooting process was finished. The movie comes after two Saudi's filming attempts. Before the shooting start I went through one month of preparation for the role (Canadian tourist), learned so many things in this one month about acting and body movements and how to maintain a full control on my emotions, it was eight months exhaustion and fun. I used to work at the ice rink for nine hours then to the shooting location, because most of shooting were in the night, during the act the feeling was priceless, After the movie was done I received a very encouraging critics from the movie`s evaluation committee for my performance in the movie, and they assign me to a new mission for photographing and documenting tourism and archaeological areas in Saudi Arabia. Resolved Question: Is this one vital, vital reason why illegals must ungergo heath screnings before being allowed in America HIV ?
Is this one vital, vital reason why illegals must undergo heath screenings before being allowed in America HIV is a serious medical problem and do we ned ilegals sneaking with such harsh medical conditions and the Lation's do not & take precatuions this poses a medical danger to illeglsl and legal alike did you know ab ilegal with HIV can run up tab into the milions of dollars .How can America afford to provide treatment at a time when our country is going broke do we realy need to import HIV ?Washington, DC (CapitalWirePR) December 2, 2008 ?On World AIDS Day December 1, 2008 the Latino Commission on AIDS released ?Shaping the New Response: HIV/AIDS and Latinos in the Deep South? Report, documenting the extraordinarily high rates of HIV and AIDS diagnoses among Latinos, the apparent contributing factors to this health crisis and recommendations for future action in the Deep South (Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina)*. Shaping the New Response reached its conclusions after two years of research including more than 300 interviews, 8 roundtables covering all 7 states, analysis of epidemiological data, and a review of relevant studies. There are 2,052,227 Latinos in these seven states (as of 2007) which is an increase of 431% since the 1990 census. Latinos range from a high of 7.5% of the population in Georgia to 1.8% for Mississippi. But in rates of HIV and AIDS diagnosis Latinos present a startling portrait. While Latinos have far lower rates of HIV and AIDS diagnoses than that among Blacks in the region, Latinos have significantly higher rates than that among Whites in the Deep South. In 2006 Latinos were 2 to 3 times more likely to be living with HIV/AIDS and 3 to 10 times more likely to be diagnosed with AIDS than Whites in the Deep South. ?Many public health professionals in the region are asking Latinos are presenting with such high levels of HIV/AIDS. The answers from the Commission?s research are relatively simple ? a lack of culturally and linguistically competent prevention and health care resources, distrust and lack of access to prevention and care providers given the anti-immigrant social and legal restrictions imposed by most States in the region, a well organized commercial sex industry, and a complete lack of programs for Spanish speaking men who have sex with men,? said Tim Frasca, primary author of Shaping the New Response. ?There are many professionals in health care institutions, community based organizations and State/County health departments that understand the difference between a public health crisis and the politics of the immigration debate. These local heroes are attempting to reverse these health outcomes while responding to an overwhelming health crisis among regional Black populations and there are elected officials who pretend that the problem does not exist. Most of the public health professionals we spoke to understood that the Latino HIV/AIDS epidemic can have extensive repercussions for each State and they have great ideas on how to stop it?, said Guillermo Chacon, Vice-President of the Latino Commission on AIDS. ?If we are to attack this health crisis like any other health emergency, public health needs the freedom and resources to do its job. We need a local infrastructure that will advocate and provide for increased services for Latinos at risk for and with this disease. Much basic research needs to be done on creative models for prevention and care for this very mobile population. No one should delude themselves into thinking that the variables that are producing this HIV/AIDS emergency are not also affecting other areas of critical health care for Latinos,? said Miriam Vega, PhD, Director of Research and Evaluation for the Commission. The report contains a synthesis of recommendations from roundtables held in each state on Latinos and HIV/AIDS and additional recommendations from the Latino Commission on AIDS. The full copy of the Report is available at http://www.latinoaids.org . Printed copies of Shaping the New Response: HIV/AIDS and Latinos in the Deep South with illustrations can also be ordered at this website. *There are many definitions of the Deep South and the Southeastern United States used by different groups. These states were selected for study as the ?Deep South? by the Ford Foundation which funded this study. http://www.capitalwirepr.com/pr_description.php?id=eb9628d8-7f34-4fe7-3338-4935b274d76b (more...)

Resolved Question: I worked for WalMart until Jan 07' and abruptly had to have surgery... do you think..?
I'm a 21 year old male and I worked at Wal Mart supercenter from May of 2006 to January of 2007 when I suddenly had to have surgery. I did not have the proper documentation filled out prior to my absence so Wal-Mart assumed I just quit when I didn't show up for a few weeks. I did tell my supervisor at the time about the upcoming surgery verbally but she and the head store manager no longer work there. I recieved a perfect review and the biggest raise they could possibly give me when it was time for my evaluation. After I got well until, now I've been working another job in the area but have recently been laid off so I'm wondering if it is a good idea to contact the human resource dept. of the Wal Mart I had worked at to see if they'd hire me back. What are your thoughts? sorry in advance for writing so much also, I liked working there and there aren't many other jobs around (more...)

Resolved Question: Fourclourse sale is due on 10/17/08, what can I do?
I purchased my house on 08/2007. Total loan $348000.00 and zero down. Then I lost my job on 10/2007. Used credit cards to pay monthly installment up to 01/2008. From January no payments paid. I found a job on 06/2008, But laid off again on 9/26/2008. My house is due to foreclose auction sale on 10/17/08. Loan balance $345000. Past dues from February is about 24000.00 . Plus attorney fees. Current house value is 310000 according to the property tax evaluation. Actual value is about 290000. (according to my neighbor's evaluation). Is there any way to keep my house and reduce payments under new law? (We can borrowed few thousand dollars to pay one or two months payment if required.) If it is not possible to keep the house, what is next? Do we have to leave on 17th? Will bankruptcy help us? We live in Montgomery County, Maryland. (more...)
