Resolved Question: Are Aussie lawmakers civilised when they claim Judaism a religion and Jews a race without Scriptural evidence?
The Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 of the State of New South Wales in Australia wickedly claim that only a Jew can be discriminated against for his religion because his religion is Judaism and his race is Jewish. This "Ethno-religious" section of the Law legalises religious discrimination against any person of any religion other than Judaism and also legalises race discrimination when it leaves the perpetrator free to claim the "I do not like" the victim's religion as a winning claim.. On the other hand, the perpetrator can claim the alleged "ethno-religious discrimination" did not occur because the religion was not at all in question, and the matter ends with the perpetrator a winner. Further, the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 gives the President of the Anti-Discrimination Board (the ADFraudboard) the right to use the same "I do not like" attitude to throw out a complaint and have the victim request that it be sent to the Administrative Decisions Tribunal who repeats the "I do not like" claim and dismisses the matter with a whim and a fancy and the course of justice is legally perverted. Australian lawyers have a fair dinkum way of telling clients that if the judge or magistrate "does not like you" you have lost your case. The many Legal Centres that are recommended by the State will not touch a discrimination matter where the State is the other party and they discourage the victim from seeking justice with intimidatory warnings and long stories of wickedness by the State. The Legal Aid Commission and the New South Wales Law Society use the same racist attitude to turn down applications and the whole system is racist oriented. Is this civilisation or is this aiding and abetting in crime? Uncivilised racists like Radovan Karadzic and KKK and Adolph Hitler and South African Apartheid Regime. Their racist techniques have almost wiped out the aborigines and aborigines now live a very shortened life expectancy of less tha 50 years through white Australian racist, murderous ways and the PM's sorry is Australian for "get stuffed ***". There is no mention, in any Scripture, including Bible and Quran and Taurat or any other, of Judaism as a religion or even of Judaism. Jews were supposed to be a tribe of 12 tribes from the 12 sons of Israel. The religion of Abraham was Islam and Abraham was the first to call his people Muslims. Jews are a trick of the Bible and is used in place of Sadducees who were those who persecuted the Messiah. Judaism was made into a religion by the Christians and the "Jews" accepted for obvious reasons of racism against them. No Jew today can honestly trace his roots to any tribe. (more...)

According to ABEX- retired ex service persnell- which I am very proud to be a one of: Firefighters are: attacked at LEAST 40 times every week. In some cases they have been called to hoax incidents and ambushed, according to the Easy Targets? report, commissioned by the Fire Brigades Union. In one incident, an entire crew was taken to hospital after a gang armed with sticks and scaffolding poles attacked them. Under the Freedom of Information Act, are FOUR TIMES the number of attacks recorded by the LABOUR Government (ahem wonkers) and rose by 15 per cent to 1,500 last year in England and Wales. The total for the UK was 2,100 attacks. Labour official (ahem wonk) figures are: claim assaults fell by 68 per cent to just 400 in 2006/07. In Tyne and Wear, crews have even been given ?spit kits. Only 5.7 percent of rapes officially recorded by police in England and Wales end in a conviction. "What are they saying?" Davies asked. "That 95 percent of women that come forward are telling lies?" According to government figures, 14,000 cases a year are reported and 19 out of 20 defendants walk free. A 2005 report commissioned by the police found a "culture of skepticism" in the justice system when it came to rape cases, and recommended shifting the focus from seeking reasons not to believe the accuser to gathering evidence to support the charge. Resolved Question: Was Blair's failure to introduce PR a major blunder?
Labour had a commission looking into PR before he became PM, and he refused to dismiss it. His party created the Scottish Parliament, and the Assemblies of Wales and Northern Ireland, which all have a system of PR, and introduced it for Euro elections too, so clearly they are not opposed to PR, or those elections would all be FPTP. Only Westminster and the local councils now use FPTP elections. In 1997, William Hague predicted Blair could virtually destroy the chances of the Tories ever returning with an overall majority by introducing PR - the 178 majority they had meant they could steamroller it through Parliament. In 2001 Hague was gobsmacked this had not happened. I don't think keeping the Tories out would have been the right reason to do it. The only reason to do it is to give the people the parliament they voted for and the chance to vote honestly, not tactically. Surely 60% of seats off 40% of votes is not right. Now with the majority set to be wiped out next time, or at best severely trimmed, it looks like we are stuck with a quirky archaic system for many years to come. They stated their commitment to a referendum on the matter in their last 3 election manifestos. There are many ways of achieving a proportional result (at least more proportional than FPTP) - the Scottish AMS/Regional list system seems to do the trick, and maintains an MPs link with a constituency. The Electoral Commission is looking into the late declaration of £103,000 in donations to Mr Hain. The PM said Mr Hain, who faces MPs for Wales questions on Wednesday, had made a mistake he had "readily admitted to". But speaking to ITV's News at Ten, Mr Brown stressed there had been "no corruption" and no illegal donations. I don't see how you can compare George Osbopurne's position where the money WAS declared to the electoral commission when it was received with that of Peter Hain's who received through a think-tank that doens't seem to do any thinking...clutching at straws methinks. Thanks Tim C for your answer, but Peter Hain's money was procured as a result of an internal Labour party deputy leadership campaign. Are you saying the taxpayer should pay for that as well? Resolved Question: Don't get me started ........ but how rich is this from the Ghanaian High Commissioner?
It regards a terminally ill women who was illegally in this country who was deported back to Ghana a couple of days ago. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/7184359.stm Now the Ghana High Commission is asking that Britain reverses its decision and allow this illegal to fly BACK to Britain to get treatment here. Hey! How about you offer to look after your own nationals in your country rather than asking a host country to continue supporting an illegal immigrant who is draining our health system. Anyways have a look at the link Ive posted in this piece and tell me what you think. EDIT - What they dont tell you in the story is she came over here 5 years ago on a student visa but never actually went to university due to 'language difficulties', then was diagnosed over 3 years later with cancer and has spent over a year taking up a hospital bed. So came over here frauduently to start with. Has paid no tax in the 5 years she has been here and made no attempt to clear up her visa status for the 3 years she was illegally here prior to being diagnosed ...... sorry but she was quite happy to be immoral and illegal in her actions, a bit rich to turn around now and moan about her treatment. EDIT - Dark Fairy - So you would rather keep a British taxpayer on a waiting list till we sort out the people who have contributed nothing to this country and have even lied to get in here and then illegally continued to stay once they are in.
