I have just watched a documentary on ITV about property built with no planning permission. It also commented on buildings that include planned buildings being built on the green belt and all the villagers were complaing. Their main argument being that it spoils the environment. Although I agree with their argument, I cannot help wondering why they live in the village in the first place if they care about the wildlife and general environment so much. (more...)

Im taking the BHS PTT exam shortly and my instructor has asked me to write a lesson plan which includes around 10 mins of warm up to assess both the horse and riders ability, a 40 min lesson incorporating the transitions which has to be interesting and will show ways to improve the riders transitions and a 10 min cool off session at the end. okay my mom one time told me when we were going 2 see a musical that i better not turn gay from watching them .. i am very instered in performing on a broadway stage. i also plan on on seeing about 5 musicals including legally blonde, rent, and phatom of the opera. my mom is really dosent like gays i am not gay but wut do i do? do i stop seeing plays to make her happy or do i keep seeing plays and try 2 become a broadway actor even if it makes her unhappy? also she trie 2 get me into sports like footbal but i dont really enjoy sports as much! When we bought our brand new home in 2007 we had always planned on selling in the future. He is only 24 and I only 21 so we are both very proud of the house we created together. I also have two horses and having moved into town it has become a burden to board the horses away from where we live. Now i have been with horses since i was six and selling is not an option right now. We can afford them but it is a hassle having someone else look after my horses. In my opinion I am the only one who can look after them correctly and having to let someone else do it for me is very hard to swallow :) We were hoping to rent out the house here and move out to the country but unfortunatly there are very very few option in this area. I have found a place for sale while looking for a rental in the country, it is older then our new home but looks in a ok condition and is set up for two-three horses to boot. Plus the asking price is lower then what we paid for the new house and has many more features - two extra bedrooms, a garage (we don't have one) its landscaped (ours is only partial will be finished this summer) 2.78 acres of pasture and sheds and has a huge garden which is one thing i really want. Our mortgage would be lower as well with would be fantastic since we are expecting in may and we would like to continue saving for our big move North in a few years. This sounds like a fantastic oppurtunity and right up our alley as it is right close to where we live now and his service truck would be able to be indoors . (we would have to inspect this whole place first to make sure it really is what we want). I have mentioned the place to hubby and he of course thought it to bad that we didn't wait to buy. Taking on an extra mortgage would be a little tough right now until his business is stable (he just started in october). Since the house is so new there isn't a lot that needs to be fixed and we already did some upgrades before moving in such as pulling carpet and putting down lamnet, some landscaping in the front ect. The pulled carpet would be included to replace the bedroom in the future. My biggest concern is hurting hubbies feelings and making him feel like he hasn't provided enough. How can I approch this topic with him? I know he really wants to keep the place and would like to rent it out but i just don't see another mortgage in the future any time soon. Any ideas? Firstly i said i didn't want to take on two mortgages, I want to sell the one house we have and buy the other which would be cheaper for a mortgage and would save us more money. Secondly i am in Canada and in the oil country where the economy is down but not horrible like the states. Prices are down but this area is booming do to oil and the liklyness of finding a place like this for $88 000 again is quite slim. Rental prices in this area typically run from 500.00 for a room in the city to 1500.00-2000.00 for a house. That is much more then our current mortgage. (more...)

This is a workout plan suggested to my sister by her doctor. Is this good exercise or too much ? She is 17 years old, 175 lbs and ,5'6'' tall. She would like to see a decent amount of inch loss and fat loss, not extreme. The workout plan is as follows : 1. 30 minutes jumping rope : jump for 3 minutes , rest for 1 minute, repeat 2. 200 jumping jacks : 100 in the morning ,100 noon/ night 3. lifting 5 lb weights : 12 sets of 15 reps 4. walking for an hour 5. elbow bridge plank and side plank for 30 mins: 15 minutes on bridge and 7 mins each side plank right side and left side 6. Speed squats for 5 minutes : This plan is to be done 4 times a week including a diet high in fruits, veggies , lean meat and whole grains Will this hep her reach her gaol or put her in the hospital ? My Fiancee' lives in Philippines, we have been in an LDR for 3 years and we plan to Marry in July (Yes, we have met on a number of occasions) All the paperwork is ready for submission to the UK Embassy in Manila, including my last 6 months payslips and Bank statements. Due to personal and financial problems three years ago, I took out a Trust Deed (an IVA) and this will come to and end in February. MY Finances, since 2008, have been healthy, I have take home pay of £2220 per month from my main job and other sources of income, I have a mortgage, car loan and tall my bank statements show that my finances are ok, (money at the end of the month, no overdraft, no bank charges etc etc, no money from public funds). I am unsure, however, if I should mention on my letter of Sponsorship that I have been in a trust deed (and include the letter that confirms its termination in Februray), or if the Embassy will look at the overall "picture" of my finances. I'm worried that informing them that I have been in a trust deed will compromise the Visa application, but on the other hand, if I don't mention it any detail, will that be regarded as being dis-honest ? All our other paperwork is exactly "by the book" and I'm just not sure how to proceed. Thankyou ! (more...)
